Confirm Pack (Enter Serial #)

Overview

• This screen synonymous with the Microsoft Access Form object or graphical user interface (GUI) is called by the Pack & Ship process if the product inventory record has Use Serial #s selected and if system parameter PackingShowImages is set to TRUE. If PackingShowImages is set to FALSE, the Enter Serial Number screen is displayed instead.

Description of the Screen

Description Field

• displays the value of the Description field of the product inventory record

Scan Serial # or Enter Serial # Field

• manually type in the serial number of use a barcode scanner to enter the serial number in this field

Save Button

• saves the data entered in the Scan Serial # or Enter Serial # Field and closes the Confirm Packed screen
• continue printing the shipping label

None Button

• click this button to close the Confirm Packed screen without entering a serial number and continue printing the shipping label

Cancel Button

• closes the Confirm Packed screen without saving data in the Scan Serial # or Enter Serial # Field
