Adjust Amount

Overview

• The Adjust Amount screen synonymous with the Microsoft Access Form object or graphical user interface (GUI) is displayed from several places in the program, and its label and content changes as the purpose changes.

• This topic displays its form when the user edits the shipping method or shipping fees for an order by clicking the Shipping link on the default view of the Process Orders>Accordion Menu>Order screen.

Description of the Adjust Amount Screen

Change To Drop-down List

• (optional) select to "left-click" the mouse on an object, usually a row in a table, in the context of Monsoon OMS documentation a different shipping method from the list if desired

Original Amount Field

• shows the original cost of the original shipping method associated with the order
• this field cannot be edited

Revised Amount Field

• shows the adjusted shipping costs
• this field is cannot be edited

Amount to Add

• enter the specific amount to be added to the charges for this shipment or update one of the other Amount fields instead

Amount to Subtract Field

• enter the specific amount to be subtracted from the charges for this shipment or update one of the other Amount fields instead

Final Amount Field

• enter a specific total amount to be charged for the shipment or update one of the other Amount fields instead

OK Button

• when the correct changes have been made to the fields in this screen, click this button to put the changes into effect

Cancel Button

• click this button to exit the Adjust Amount screen without making any changes
