Exit the ShipRush software. (Check the system tray and/or Task Manager to be sure it is not running).

Download the V9.5.0.47418 beta version of ShipRush from ZFirm's Web site.

Follow the prompts to install the ShipRush software. (It is not necessary to un-install the previous version.) You will need account information for UPS, Fed/Ex. etc.

Transfer the folder located at \\fs\main\support\Z-Firm_ShipRush\ShipRush-COM-Plus-register.zip to the ShipRush installation folder on the client's workstation.

Extract the files.

For a Windows Vista or 7 OS, right-click on the file named "test.bat" and select Run as Administrator. For XP OS, simply double-click on the batch file to run it. (The batch file executes the VBScript that is also included in the zipped folder).

Restart the Order Manager and print a shipping label to confirm the problem is fixed.
