Copy Option Lists Screen

Overview

The Copy Option Lists screen is called by the Copy Options from Another Product button found on the Attributes/Options tab of the Inventory screen. It allows the user to copy existing option lists from one product to another product.

Click the Show link next to "In This Topic" at the top of this page to see a series of links in outline form, which can be used to quickly jump to that section of the topic.

In addition, major topics may provide a brief synopsis of a field's purpose or direct the reader to the appropriate section of the topic by scrolling over the image. To return to the previous location within the same page, right-click the mouse and select [Back].

If clicking a field directs the reader to a different Knowledge Base topic, it will open in a new tab or window, leaving the currently viewed topic open. The browser's settings determine whether a new tab or window is opened.

Available Products Section

First letter of SKU Section

SKU and Name Radio Buttons

choose one of these radio buttons to control how the list of Available Products is sorted, by SKU or ItemName

Show All button

click this button to see all of the products that are in the program

# Button

to filter the list of Available Products by those that start with a number, click this button

Letter buttons

click one of the letter buttons to filter the list of Available Products to those that begin with that letter

Copy Selected Product's Options Button

select a product from the Available Products list and click this button to copy all of its Options Lists to the currently viewed product record

Last SKU copied from: Section

SKU

reflects the SKU of the product whose Option List was most recently copied

Name

reflects the name of the product whose Option List was most recently copies

Re-copy this product's options Button

click this button to recopy all the Option Lists from the most recently copied product to the currently viewed product record

Option Lists for Selected Product Section

Option List #1 - #10

these fields will be automatically populated when a product with an Option List is selected in the Available Products section

Copy Buttons

use these buttons to copy only a specific Option List, #1 - #10, rather than copying all of the product's Option Lists

Close Button

use this button to close the Copy Option Lists screen when finished copying Option Lists and see the newly copied lists added to the currently viewed product record
