The Network Solutions login page is not functioning correctly, preventing users from importing orders via the internet.
Until Network Solutions has corrected the problem with their login page, import orders from a text file obtained from the Network Solutions shopping cart.
When Network Solutions has resolved the problem with their login page, Order Manager users will need to clear the old token information from the Shopping Carts table for each Network Solutions shopping cart that they have.
Backup the Order Manager Store data file.
Open the Order Manager and press the F11 key to open the database window.
Click on Tables in the left-hand Objects window.
Locate the Shopping Carts table using the navigational arrows at the bottom of the window.
Double-click on the Shopping Carts table to open it. Refer to the image below.
Look in the CartType column to identify Network Solutions carts. Locate and single-click on the row of a Network Solutions shopping cart entry in the table.
Press the Tab key several times until the cursor is in the Token field (about the 10th column to the right).
Delete any data that is in that field.
Repeat steps 6-8 for every Network Solutions cart in the Order Manager data file.
Close the Shopping Carts table and minimize the database window.
Return to the Main Menu and click the Import Orders button or Import link, depending on the version of Order Manager, as you normally would. You will be taken to the Network Solutions login page where you must enter your credentials and a new token will be created and stored in the Order Manager Shopping Carts table.
