The method for performing Channel Advisor status updates with version 5.9 of Order Manager has changed and the process is not compatible for use with the External Stack Controller. Use the Shared Stack Controller instead.
If you encounter difficulty importing orders from ChannelAdvisor, refer to Setting Up a ChannelAdvisor Shopping Cart. Double-check your Member Name, Password, API URL and Account Profile ID for accuracy in the Order Manager's shopping cart definition.

Error message seen in the Stack Controller log:
SOAP FAULT: Server was unable to process the request. Authorization failed.

Make sure that the customers Account Profile Id is entered correctly in the Order Manager's shopping cart definition. If the correct ID is already entered, contact CA support for assistance.
