Monsoon Export Errors

Overview

• The Monsoon Export Errors screen appears if some of the product records selected for export to a Monsoon shopping cart do not match the specified requirements.

• The SKUs listed here are not exported until they meet the correct specifications.

• You may choose to stop the export and correct the errors and start the export again, or let the current export continue and only send the records that match the data requirements.  

Description of the Screen

List of Problem SKUs

• shows the SKU, Item Name and Reason the item cannot be included in the product export to Monsoon

Yes Button

• allow the program to export the products that meet the data requirements

Cancel Button

• stop the export and no records are sent to Monsoon at this time
