Beginning with Order Manager Version 5, it is possible to import up to five custom checkout fields from Channel Advisor.
Determine the custom checkout fields that are being sent from Channel Advisor by checking the Order XML files for the tag <CustomCheckoutField>. Take note of the position of each custom checkout field (within the XML), for use in step 3, below.
Define the custom field or fields in the Order Manager according to the instructions in the Knowledge Base article, Configuring Custom Fields.
Enter the custom Channel Advisor field name or names in the appropriate Order Manager system parameters, CACustomFieldAlias1-5, where 1-5 represents the position of the field in the Channel Advisor XML.
