When shipping packages internationally with the Order Manager's integrated FedEx system software, it is necessary to provide the minimal information shown in the following image for customs purposes:
If all of the required fields are not completed, the user will receive an error message indicating the field that is lacking information when the Process Shipment button is clicked. The FedEx error code 2106 is frequently seen when customs data is missing.
Customs Documentation is not supported via the FedEx software integration with the Order Manager. The Order Manager only receives a Waybill and the shipping label from them. The Order Manager does not generate any paperwork separately.
