Replacing the SEOM File

Follow these steps to replace the SEOM file in your Stone Edge Order Manager setup:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Download the SEOM Zip File
    Select the appropriate version for your system from the links below:

  2. Unzip the SEOM.mde File
    • Extract the file to a shared location that all Stone Edge workstations can access.
      • Tip: Right-click the file and select “Extract All…” to unzip it.
  3. Unblock the File
    • Right-click the unzipped SEOM.mde file.
    • Select Properties and then click Unblock.
    • Press OK to save changes.
  4. Close Stone Edge
    • Ensure all instances of Stone Edge Order Manager are closed.
  5. Locate the Stone Edge Folder
    • Navigate to the Stone Edge folder (normally located at C:\StoneEdge).
  6. Rename the Existing File
    • Find the current SEOM.mde file and rename it to SEOM_old.mde.
  7. Delete the Setilic.dat File (if it exists)
    • Look for a file named Setilic.dat in the same folder and delete it.
  8. Transfer the New File
    • Copy the new SEOM.mde file to the Stone Edge folder.
  9. Open Stone Edge Normally
    • Launch Stone Edge Order Manager as usual.
