extended support? Stone
Edge products come with 45 days of free technical support and program
updates. After 45 days, we
never charge for bug reports or for answering a quick question by phone or
email, but there may be a charge for "major incidents": issues
or calls that take more than 15 minutes. Extended
Support Contracts include a full year of support (up to
3 hours of time).

to technical support Stone Edge offers program updates that allow you to
continue to get the latest and greatest features of the program for one
small annual fee. Keeping your Stone Edge software up-to-date is the
only way to insure that business operations will remain compatible with each
other (e.g., shipping software, shopping carts, credit card gateways, etc.)
Why do I need
support?

depend on your Stone Edge software to keep your business running
smoothly. When you have a problem, it's important to know that help
will be available.
- We are constantly adding
new features to our programs as they are requested by other merchants
like you. Extended Support contracts are worth the price for the
program updates alone.
