Technical
Support Specialist
Job Summary
Stone Edge Technologies is
seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist to provide telephone technical
support to it's client base for the Stone Edge Order Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Entry-level
position
- Learn all
aspects of e-commerce
- Learn to
use and support our software products
- Provide
technical support via phone and email
- Use remote
desktop technology to install and configure our software and train new users
- Create and
customize Microsoft Access reports
- Take
sales calls
Qualifications, Skills &
Requirements
- Strong
customer service skills

phone manners and speech
- Strong
problem-solving skills
- Experience
with Microsoft Access and Windows
- Basic
understanding of VB and/or VBA

E-Commerce Software

Summary

seeking a full-time Sales Representative for the
Stone Edge Order Manager, its
industry-leading
business management software.
Position is commission-based with a base salary. A
motivated sales person will find
an
abundance of opportunity
to earn significant income
with no cold calling! The job requires virtually no travel,
except for an occasional trade show. Candidate should be technically
savvy.
Primary Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and
email inquires regarding the company’s products and services

Provide product demos
for prospective clients

clients on service renewals and software upgrades

VBA Programmer
Job Summary
Help expand and improve our
industry-leading e-commerce software products and systems. Work with merchants to
design and code custom features to meet their needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Development of applications and scripts
(which includes APIs, reports, etc.) using VBA
programming language and MS Access and SQL Server
databases
- Make changes (fixing/upgrading) to existing applications
- Work with third-party tools and APIs
- Spec and quote custom programming jobs
Required Experience
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Access

- Development and maintenance of large
software programs
Experience Will Be Helpful
