Keep Forms Open

Overview

Introduced in version 4.4, the KeepFormsOpen system parameter in the Program group was added to speed up access to the View Orders screen synonymous with the Microsoft Access Form Object or user interface.. See the Parameter Details in the image below for more information.

If True, two windows are visible on the task similar to a note but a task has an action assigned to a particular user. The security system must be enabled to use the task feature of the Order Manager. bar, one for the Order Manager Main Menu and one for the View Orders screen. If you prefer to have only one window open on the task bar, i.e. the one you are currently viewing, set KeepFormsOpen to False.
