Overview

Stone Edge supports the Simple Order API, not the SOAP API of Cybersource at the present time.

Internet or Manual Orders: Please review the CyberSource documentation to be sure that your account is prepared for Internet transactions before attempting to use it with the Order Manager. For Internet orders it is necessary to have a MO/TO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) account or 'Card Not Present' account. The account must also be set up as "Terminal Batch Capture". The transactions are authorized and then settled. Settlements are batched and sent to the processors at the end of the day, so it is not possible to issue a credit against an order until the batch has been processed (up to 24 hrs). General Setup Process in the Order Manager:

Download and install "CyberSource Credit Card gateway support files” into the c:\stoneedge folder on each machine that will be using Cybersource as a payment processor with the Order Manager.
Set System Parameter "CreditCardProcessor” (Credit Card Group) to "Cybersource”. Use Special System parameters (cart-based) if more than one shopping cart exists in the current data file and they will not all be using the same Cybersource account.
Configure the other System Parameters pertaining to Cybersource:

Cybersource System Parameter Name	Description
CyberSourceAlternateKeyFileName	Set this parameter to the name of the .p12 security key file if it has been named something other than "YourMerchantID.p12" where "YourMerchantID" is the Merchant ID established with CyberSource.
CyberSourceAlternateNamespaceURI	This parameter should be left blank by default unless instructed by Cybersource to use another Namespace for posting transactions. Should only be for temporary use. Default Namespace used is: urn:schemas-cybersource-com:transaction-data-1.18
CyberSourceAlternateServerURL	This parameter should be left blank by default unless instructed by Cybersource to switch to another server. Should only be for temporary use.
CyberSourceMerchantID	Enter the Merchant Login ID for the CyberSource Gateway
CyberSourceProxyPassword	Use only if CyberSourceProxyServer is set to use a proxy server for internet access. Set this parameter to the proxy server password associated with the user name specified in the CyberSourceProxyUserName.
CyberSourceProxyServer	Only for use if your company uses a proxy server for internet access. Only one proxy server can be designated for all CyberSource gateway accounts.
CyberSourceProxyUserName	Use only if CyberSourceProxyServer is set to use a proxy server for internet access. Set this parameter to the user name required for the proxy server.
CyberSourceSecurityKeyLocation	Enter the path to the location of the security key (.p12) file received from Cybersource
CyberSourceTestMode	Set this parameter to False to run "Live" transactions through the Cybersource gateway

For imported orders:

Check the settings of the main and/or cart-based system parameter, WebTransactionType to make sure it agrees with your workflow. The choices are Pre-Authorize or Sale. If payments will be captured via the Order Manager, it should be set to Pre-Authorize. If payment is captured at the web store, it should be set to Sale.

POS Setup (Enterprise and Plus versions only)

Download and install "CyberSource Credit Card gateway support files” into the c:\stoneedge folder on each machine that will be using Cybersource as a payment processor with the Order Manager.
Set the system parameters listed below as indicated:

POS Group system parameter, CreditCardProcessorPOS should be set to Cybersource.

CyberSourcePOSAlternateKeyFileName	Set this parameter to the name of the .p12 security key file if it has been named something other than "YourMerchantID.p12" where "YourMerchantID" is the Merchant ID established with CyberSource.- for use with the account established for the Point of Sale.
CyberSourcePOSAlternateNamespaceURI	This parameter should be left blank by default unless instructed by Cybersource to use another Namespace for posting transactions. Should only be for temporary use with the account established for use with the Point of Sale. Default Namespace used is: urn:schemas-cybersource-com:transaction-data-1.18.
CyberSourcePOSAlternateServerURL	This parameter should be left blank by default unless instructed by Cybersource to switch to another server. Should only be for temporary use.
CyberSourcePOSMerchantID	Enter the Merchant Login ID for the CyberSource Gateway account used for the Point of Sale.
CyberSourcePOSSecurityKeyLocation	Enter the path to the location of the security key (.p12) file received from Cybersource for use with the account assigned to the Point of Sale.
CyberSourcePOSTestMode	Set this parameter to False to run "Live" transactions through the Cybersource gateway from the Point of Sale.

Note: There are no Special System Parameters (cart-based) for POS parameters.
