Background
The user has trouble adding or removing line items and/or Notes are missing.
Cause
The Active X control is not registered.
Solution
Re-register the cttree.ocx Active X control.
1. Go to Start>Run.
2. Enter the following exactly as it appears below:
regsvr32.exe "C:\stoneedge\cttree.ocx" /u
3. Go to Start>Run.
4. Enter the following exactly as it appears below:
regsvr32.exe "C:\stoneedge\cttree.ocx"
