To use the Status Events feature within the Order Manager only, set the Program group system parameter UseStatusUpdates to True. By itself, the Status Events system only sets status codes within the Order Manager; it does not necessarily transmit order information to any Website.
For the Stone Edge Order Status System to send status information to the Stone Edge Order Status System, set the following system parameters (in the SETI parameter group):
SETISendStatusUpdate - Set to True to send order and order status information to the Order Status server. Set to False to turn off this function.
If SETISendStatusUpdate is set to True, the following parameters must also be set:
SETIID – Enter your User Name for the Order Status System.
SETIPassword – Enter your password for the Order Status System.
SETIMerchantID – Enter your Merchant ID for the Order Status System.
SETIURL – Enter the URL to the Stone Edge Order Status ASP page. This URL will be supplied to you by Stone Edge Technologies when you purchase a subscription to the Order Status System.
SETIStatusLinkURL – The URL that will be presented in the email link that customers use to access the order’s status information.
(Default: "http://209.235.214.90/setistatus/checkstatus.asp").
If you do not want to use the default URL, enter a new URL from your site that will redirect to our URL.
