This article pertains to the Order Manager version 5.803 and lower.
On the Shipping form, you specify Shipping Methods, Shipping Rate Calculation Methods, System Settings, and Additional Shipping Setup Functions.
The shipping screen can be accessed from three locations:
Main Menu> Maintenance Menu> Shipping & Fulfillment> Shipping Setup
Main Menu>Maintenance Menu> Setup Functions> Store Setup Wizard> Shipping tab
Quick Clicks> Setup Wizard> Shipping tab

Under Shipping Methods, click the Add button to add additional shipping methods to the list as required.
The Enter your name for this shipping method dialog box appears.
Enter the name of the shipping method exactly as it appears in your shopping cart program. If you enter the shipping method incorrectly, the shipping software you use, i.e. UPS Worldship or FedEx ShipManager, will not communicate properly with the Order Manager. Click OK.
The Shipping Method Setup dialog box opens. Select the Shipper’s name for this method from the drop down list. Click OK. The Carrier and Shipper’s Code fields are completed automatically.

Repeat these steps until each shipping method in your shopping cart program appears in the list.
Note: Shipping charges for all Web orders are calculated by your shopping cart program. The shipping rate calculation method selected here will only apply to orders manually entered into Order Manager.
Click on a shipping rate calculation method to see a detailed description of how each method calculates shipping rates.
Click on a shipping rate calculation method to select it as the default method for the program.
Under System Settings, review the options and click the check box next to the functionality you require:
ShopSite users only: Adjust shipping charges upon import?
Set expected ship date
Set actual ship date OR
Set actual ship date after importing tracking numbers
Note: Do not click the Set actual ship date after importing tracking numbers checkbox if you click the Set actual ship date (when importing orders) checkbox. Otherwise, the actual ship dates for all shippable line items in an order are set before the tracking number is processed and order status and tracking information is not updated on your web site.

Configure Dazzle - Click this button and provide the required information to complete setup of Dazzle.
Create ODBC Connection for Shipping Programs - Click this button if you ship with WorldShip or ShipManager. Note: UPS WorldShip must be installed on the same PC and must not be installed on a network to use this function.
UPS OnLine Tools Setup Wizard - Click this button to complete setup for the Order Manager's internal UPS System. See Setting Up Order Manager's Internal UPS Shipping for more information.
FedEx Ship Manager Direct Setup Wizard - Click this button to complete setup for the Manager's internal shipping system for FedEx. See Setting Up Order Manager's Internal FedEx Shipping for more information.
