The Stack Controller is in charge of sending "posts," such as email, order status, and inventory updates from the Order Manager to their destinations.
To access the stack controller, hold down the Ctrl^Shift^S keys on your keyboard from the Main Menu. The Stack Controller Status message box opens. Click OK.
The Open Stack Viewer? message box opens. Click OK.
From the Post Stack Viewer dialog box, you can see a history of the attempts made to post any updates to your website.
By default, each work station has its own post stack controller. You can, however, designate a particular computer to handle all updates from each copy of the Order Manager running on your local network. In this case, all updates are sent to a shared queue residing on the designated computer and then to your website.
