View or Void FedEx Shipments

If you need to void a FedEx shipment or reprint any FedEx shipping documents containing a tracking number, go to the Maintenance Menu> Shipping & Fulfillment and select View or Void FedEx Shipments. This will open the FedEx Shipments screen. The screen defaults to show the tracking numbers for the current date. If you want to see tracking numbers for an earlier date, enter the date in the Starting Date field, and then press Enter.

 

This screen is also where you can create a FedEx shipment, print a ground manifest, or print a package pick-up receipt.

Voiding a Shipment

To void a FedEx Shipment, check the Select check box option in the row(s) containing the shipment(s) to void, and then click on the Void Selected Shipments button.

 

Reprinting Shipping Documents

Reprinting shipping documents is dependent on the ShippingDocumentRetentionDays system parameter (Shipping Group). This parameter is set to 30 days by default, but can be set anywhere between 1 and 60 days.

 

To reprint documentation for a tracking number, check the Select check box option in the row(s) containing the shipment(s) to reprint, and  then click on the Reprint Selected Shipments button. If the documents are still available, the label (and any supporting documentation in the case of international shipments) will be reprinted.
