Check the box that is labeled "Email Confirmation" (highlighted below) if you would like to send the customer a confirmation Email when their order has been approved. To make this the default setting, go to the Maintenance Menu>Maintenance Tab>Set System Parameters and set system parameter ConfirmManualOrders=True. Click the Save button.
Choose the Email template that you wish to use from the list of templates in the tab labeled "Select Template" as shown below. If you have created a custom Email template by using the Email Template Editor feature of Order Manager, those templates will also appear in the template list. To make a particular email template the default selection, go to the Maintenance Menu>Maintenance Tab>Set System Parameters and select it from the drop-down list of templates for the system parameter, DefaultConfirmationTemplate. Click the Save button.
