Clear Transaction Flag

This article pertains to the Order Manager, version 5.6 and higher.

 

In versions 5.6 and higher, the Order Manager automatically sets a flag on each order during payment transmission. When the payment transmission from the credit card gateway is successful, the Order Manager will clear the transaction flag. If the Order Manager does not receive a response from your credit card gateway (e.g., in the event of a system crash, credit card gateway failure, or lost internet connection) the flag will remain and you will be unable transmit payment again until you run the Clear Transaction Flag function.

 

Before you run the Clear Transaction Flag function, go to your credit card gateway to determine if the payment transaction was successful!

 

  1. Go to Maintenance Menu> Maintenance tab.

  2. Click Clear Transaction Flag. A dialog box will ask you to confirm the action.

  1. Click Yes to clear the flag. You can now run a payment transmission on the order.
