Note: This article applies to older versions of the Order Manager. Please see the article, View Suppliers for current information.
Add new suppliers or edit existing ones using the Suppliers dialog box.
To open the Suppliers dialog box, go to the Main Menu>Maintenance Menu>Inventory & Suppliers tab>Suppliers button or Quick Clicks>Suppliers.
Note: Support for custom fields in the Supplier table was added in version 4.602 Beta. For more information, see Configuring Custom Fields.
If you wish, you can sort by Supplier ID, Company Name or Supplier Code. Click in the appropriate radio button in the Sort by: section at the top of the screen. You can also send an email to the current supplier by clicking the Send Email button in the top right corner of the screen.
To delete a supplier record, navigate to the appropriate record and click the Delete button in the top right corner of the screen.
To exit the Suppliers dialog box, click the Close button.
Click the Add button.
Enter the company name, contact information, and other pertinent details on the Company Info tab.
Enter purchase order and drop-shipping details specific to this company on the Purchase Order Options tab.

Click the Save button.
From the main View Suppliers screen, click the Search button. the Find Suppliers dialog box opens:
Enter search criteria and click Begin Search.
To remove the filter, click Search>Begin Search without entering any search criteria.
From the main View Suppliers screen, click the Edit button. Edit the record as necessary.
Click Save.
